Roll Forming

Our portable roll former allows us to access remote locations where shipping material would either be unattainable or bear too high a cost. Roll forming our own roof panels gives us the edge we need to be competitive in the market and gives our customers some options they may not otherwise have. We can roll form different gauges and profiles to meet the requirements of any given project. Some roof designs require very long panels in order to not have any joints in the run of roof being done. Joints in roof panels are potential points of entry for water and other unwanted debris. With on site roll formed panels we can ensure a continuous roof panel complete from bottom to top. We have rolled panels over 100 feet long on some sites.
