Fabrication

Our fully functional sheet metal fabrication shop specializes in break forming roofing and cladding flashings up to 10 feet long. Our CNC bender allows us to make thousands of lineal feet of the same profile while maintaining consistency. We can bend sheets ranging from 16 gauge galvanized steel to thin gauge aluminum. Our standard in house gauge is 24. We use this gauge for our own roof applications. We stock an array of colors but also have access to other colors if necessary which are usually within a day away.

There is a variety of flashing profiles that can be bent ranging from the simplest bends to the most complicated bends. If you need a thousand feet of drip edge or ten feet of a custom transition flashing, our team can help develop what you need to get your job complete.
