I’m Travis Ferguson, the proud owner of Temple Metal Roofs Ltd. I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

Right from a young age, I was creative and enjoyed construction and building. I was also drawn towards self-sufficiency and business ownership, so in 2001, I started a small sub-contracting service and gradually shifted focus to metal roofing, establishing Temple Metal Roofs Ltd in 2003.

In the eighteen years since I started the business, we have become one of Manitoba’s leading roofing contractors, with thirty highly professional staff and our own fabrication shop where we produce all of our flashings and accessories, not just for ourselves but even for other trade contractors.

The part of the roofing business that I find most enjoyable is the chance to offer gainful employment opportunities, helping individuals and families grow and progress. I operate on the philosophy of exceeding expectations in terms of our products, process, and customer services while always staying ahead of the curve when it comes to technological advances.

As an individual, I believe what sets me apart from others is my four core values. Honesty, discipline, service, and a strong work ethic.

But, I attribute my success to my fantastic team, their professionalism, and the dedication they continually show our customers. Similarly, we would not be where we are without our customers’ loyalty, happy reviews, and kind recommendations.

Seeing hundreds of projects completed has given me immense satisfaction over the years.

When I am not at work, I have a few different pursuits and hobbies that keep me busy. My family and I have been motocross and dirt bike racers and riders for a long time, which is a big part of our lives. We are also proud supporters of the Manitoba Dirt Riders off-road dirt bike club. I have recently been grateful to support my daughters as they have been racing at a high level in the Canadian National Women’s Motocross series.

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
